The Keen Safety app is all about protecting your business and your profitability.

The app can make it easy to:

Manage your labour costs by recording and GPS stamping staff and contractor start and finish times so that you can be sure that the claimed times are accurate. How much is that worth to your business in a year?

Generate SWMS and Safety Management Plans for each site by answering simple questions. You can then distribute SWMS and Safety Management Plans to team members, and require team members to review and sign the plans when they start work.

The Keen Safety app will also prompt the user to:

• Take photos of hazards and control measures,

• Record videos,

• Produce audio recordings of Toolbox Talks,

• Carry out pre-work site safety inspections and generate a record,

• Conduct and record site inspections at the end of the day,

• Check each of your sites from your office or your ute. Next time another contractor causes damage you will have proof that it wasn’t your crew, or if it is your building then you will know where to send the bill.

• Control work quality by requiring photographic and video evidence of work.

All of these records are available for you and any client you want to share them with through our simple to use website.

Designed for both web and mobile, the Keen Safety app can work for any organisation from large government departments to sole contractors.

With new releases planned monthly, we are constantly improving the features and delivery of our product.

Next planned release will focus on the implementation of our new Site Documents and Audit features.

Site Documents can be used to view company policies and procedures, plans, scopes of works and variations on the app.

The Audit tool will allow users to perform time and GPS stamped audits onsite.
